The Dress

I truly felt like a princess in my gorgeous Leah Da Gloria dress worn for my wedding in May 2021.
This dress was from Leah’s Boheme Collection IV (ready to wear) released in August 2020.

The dress was was a perfect balance of being both elegant and modern and for me, it let me feel like a gorgeous bride. I hope another bride else can have this too! It would fit between both a size 8 and 10.

This dress is a ballgown style dress with a fitted corset and sheer off the shoulder sleeves with floral detail. The corset is covered in floral embroidery. As I had prepared for the warmer weather, I had the sheer back removed so that my upper back was exposed leaving the buttons from my waist down.

The corset also has sewn in cups (I’m a c cup). The full double circle skirt has an amazing shimmery material that reflects light beautifully with a long train. You really cannot see how lovely the shimmer is unless in person and in the sunlight especially!

The dress comes with a custom made veil with matching floral embroidery to the dress and sits just past the train on the dress. Also included is the petticoat/hoop.

There is a button to bustle the dress up for dancing as well.

It has been dry cleaned by Leah’s recommended company Australian Bridal Cleaners who have done an amazing job - it looks brand new!

Retail price for the dress veil and petticoat was $13,000. Looking to sell for $5,000.

The dress was hemmed to adjust to my height and the the shoulders were taken up.
