The Dress
Gorgeous ivory lace Lillian West high-neck, backless dress with a nude lining! This dress is flattering for many body types, and best of all - despite its fitted shape, you can still sit down and dance comfortably in it! The open back stops at about the natural waist, so it you can wear undies or shape wear without them showing if you choose, and it does have a built in bra. There is a zipper at the back, with hook buttons over it. This dress was taken in in the chest slightly and hemmed to fit someone standing about 5’ 10” in shoes. A French bustle was also added. It has been professionally dry cleaned by the Wedding Gown Preservation Company in NYC; they noted some minor dirt at the hemline present after cleaning, but it is barely noticeable and I am happy to send photos of the area in question! I’m happy to answer questions.
Alterations
The top/chest area was taken in, and it was hemmed for someone standing about 5’10” in shoes. A French bustle was also added.
