The Dress

Savannah Miller Luna dress. I added chantilly lace cap sleeves (due to a change of season) which are detachable. I ordered 1 metre of Chantilly lace and added 1 inch extra length when ordering the dress, so they are the same lace as under the bust and my seamstress made them. The lace detachable sleeves are included.

Cut in our signature bias silhouette in a classic heavy weight Italian viscose crepe, the matte and shine sides of this luxurious cloth create a very flattering and sleek silhouette. The under-bust seam is trimmed with a delicately-scalloped Chantilly lace, and the bikini bodice is finished with a micro-spaghetti strap, accentuating the beautiful low-back detail. The bodice is made using the matte side of the fabric, while the skirt and court train in the shine side.

Alterations

I added bust cups which can be easily removed. I also tightened the straps slightly and took a little bit of length off the train at the back. I am 5ft9 (without heels). I also added ribbon loops so that I could bustle up the train later in the night.

No other alterations were made to the dress.
