The Dress
Though purchased and worn in 2016, this dress is in immaculate condition. Not only did I have it cleaned, but it's also preserved. What I loved most about this dress is how special and unique it felt -- I hadn't seen anyone else with quite the same thing. Though I had tried on dresses from multiple shops, the quality of this dress stood out (I purchased this dress from Dimitra's Bridal Couture in Chicago). It was custom made, the lace is beautiful, and to this day, I still receive compliments that it was one of the most beautiful wedding dresses anyone had ever seen. It was surprisingly easy to move in throughout the evening and night, and I was incredibly comfortable. Given that this dress was custom made for my body at the time, I would suspect that anyone who purchases this dress would likely need alterations, but that's likely true of any dress. I hope you feel as special and beautiful in this dress as I did.
