The Dress

I loved my Karen Willis Holmes gown and hope someone else will get to enjoy it as much as I did. It could also be altered to be a mini dress for a reception dress or another occasion (see last photo).

Worn once on my wedding day and dry cleaned immediately. I felt really comfortable and elegant in this gown! I wore it all night with no issues. Open to offers - please send me a message if you have any questions.

The Margareta wedding gown is all about demure glam with its high cut boat neckline, long adorned sleeves, slim-fitting bias cut skirt and an open back that drops away off the shoulders right down to the waist. Finished with a fine beaded belt.

Alterations

The length has been altered - I am 165cm tall and was wearing 6cm heels. It has been altered to have hand loops to carry the train and a french bustle. It also has bust cups (sewn within the 2 layers of the gown) however one has come loose during dry cleaning - this would be easy for a streamstress to attach back in place. There are also a few loose threads/beading - again easily fixed by a seamstress. I will provide spare sequins/beading and the fabric removed during hemming.
