The Dress
Beautiful off the shoulder ballgown style dress with a large train in satin. The dress is deceptively simple but has a wonder shape created by the box pleats and weight of the material. There are multiple layers (including tulle) underneath to help with maintaining the shape as you move and stand. There are covered buttons all the way down the back of the dress. There is boning within the top half of the dress which helps hold the dress in place and I did not worry about it moving or falling down.
I loved wearing the dress and with it altered to fit me, was able to dance all night long without any issues, having to tug it up into place or tripping over it as it is also able to be bustled.
Alterations
Shortened to suit my height while wearing heels (I'm usually 160cm). Collar sized decreased to sit at my collarbone. Boning lowered under my arms by 1cm. 6 clear buttons added along the waist so that dress can be bustled.
