The Dress

As described on the official Galia Lahav website, "A gown made for royalty, the Fabiana is a hand embroidered masterpiece. This voluminous 3D ballgown features a sheer corset top and scoop neckline, with a full skirt made of embroidered tulle and further adorned with 3D floral embellishments"

Alterations

Hem; item hemed to 5'8" (I wore 0.5inch kitten heel).
Lining; lining added to the bodice to cover the front. The back was left as originally intended (sheer). Originally the dress comes completely sheer through on the top half of the gown and for modesty this was covered.

Bra inserts (C cup); added for a light lift and shape. The cups are nude, and top portion of the dress was see through so in the second to last photo the cup area appears a slightly different color but this is not noticeable when wearing the dress and this is not a defect. It’s the same concept as wearing a nude bra with a white top.
Additional embroidery/ beading: The dress came with additional beads and embroidery, and I had some added to the bodice of the dress to add additional sparkle.
