The Dress

The dress that started it all. The KRISTENE couture wedding dress was the first gown ever designed by Claire. This sheer back Victorian wedding gown is so flattering on so many figures, it's no wonder it has stood the test of time. The sweetheart neckline, cap sleeves, rich Guipure dangles which shimmy and dance along your body as heart-shaped embellishments glide down from the sheer illusion back into the heart shaped train are the details that will make you swoon.

Kristene is available in as shown Ivory with pearl silk under-layer and other silk options.

Colour - The silk lace is ivory, the underlying dress is a creamy peach colour (see photos). So it's not a white dress.

Condition - The dress is in very good condition. It does need to be dry cleaned - there are 2 small stains on the lace in the back (should be very easy to remove with a dry clean). Please see photos.

Alterations

The sheer back as been altered up. The bust has been expanded to fit a wider bust (34D). The train has been shortened to fit a more petite bride (I am 5'2"). Note, there is still a train, but it can be lifted up and secured up into the dress (see pictures).
