The Dress

Purchased from The White Yard for £1,575 (although I believe this now retails at £2,000+) and collected in July 2022.

Brand new on the hanger and in the designer’s cover.

The dress was made based on my waist size, which is around 95cm but it is a little generous. It can easily be adjusted by a seamstress. I had to select an option for label size so selected 16, but please note there is no ‘label size’. I would say I am a high street 14 but the dress I ended up purchasing instead needed to be at least an 18 as bridal sizes seems to come up so much smaller, so this could be considered a bridal 16-18.

The lace is stretchy and therefore will fit those with smaller or larger busts. I wear a 36FF/G and there is ample room without being overstretched.

The dress was provided with nude cups, and 2 pieces of nude lining, so that I could choose which option to go with, along with a piece of extra lace and flowers to apply more if needed. All of these are untouched and brand new. You can see from the photos what the lace could look like with the nude lining underneath if you want a more covered up version.

I am only selling it because I rushed into ordering it and with hindsight whilst it is the most beautiful dress, it just does not suit my body shape and therefore I purchased and wore another dress.

The dress has been provided with lots of length, as they normally are, ready for it to be taken up to your required length.
