The Dress

UK Size 12 Dress by Kenneth Winston and Veil. Size unaltered
Style 1745 including long full length veil

It's hard to describe the colour- in some lights it looks blush/champagne and in other lights it looks light grey/silver.

Beautiful bodice with exquisite beading and lacework. The lining can be detached to make a transparent illusion back. I wore it on the day with the lining.

Unaltered (even the length) apart from adding a bustle to hitch up the train and removal of some beads under the arms to ensure there was no rubbing.
Cleaned and boxed with acid free tissue.

Classic vintage look. I absolutely loved wearing this dress. It felt amazing to wear and love it even more looking at the photos. The bodice comes down to the hips which gives it a flattering shape (almost between a ball gown and fit and flare). I loved how the tulle comes out of the bodice, particularly at the back to give the dress a full skirt but without having to have a hoop, which gave it a more relaxed flowing look and much easier to dance in.
Veil I paid an additional £200.

There is a small hole in tulle on the back of the dress which I have included a photo of. Hardly noticeable amongst all the tulle layers.
