The Dress

A beautiful and unique gown that I wore as my wedding dress in June 2022. It is in fantastic condition and has been dry cleaned by a wedding gown specialist since the wedding.

The designer described the dress as follows:

You'll feel like a modern-day Grace Kelly in Miranda. Off-the-shoulder gowns are one of my favorite current trends, so I used corded Alençon lace along Miranda's shoulders and neckline to provide a playful hint of a strap while keeping the shoulders exposed.

Delicate tulle is sculpted and pleated around the torso for a flattering waistline, and the tulle's barely blush color creates a lovely contrast with the warm vanilla lace. Miranda's demure plunging sweetheart neckline and full scallop lace hem give her a classic feminine vibe.

Light and airy, Miranda’s organza lining and soft layers of tulle make this gown a delight to wear as you twirl the night away. And, just when you think Miranda couldn't get any better, she has pockets!

Alterations

The dress is a label size 12, but was let out 1" on each side and the sleeves were let out slightly. The dress was also hemmed, and a bustle was added.
