The Dress

Unique style of dress that fits many different wedding style and venues. I had a rustic/chic Tuscan Italian vibe wedding and felt that it was perfect. But this style is very bohemian/chic and would work well with any kind of boho or outdoor wedding.
My seamstress described the dress as New Boho/New York. But if you want to use the sleeves then it would be more Boho/Western. I did not use the sleeves but they are included in the bag.
The dress was very comfortable as the underlay is made of silk. It felt very simple, but pretty and I was happy with how tiny the spaghetti straps are. The tiny pearl beads on the upper bodice give off a glimmer/sparkle that is not easy to see in the pictures.
The dress was ordered in a split size. US 2 upper bodice and US 4 for the skirt. It fit me perfectly and nothing needed to be taken in or hemmed up.

Alterations

Original pads are pointy (still included with dress) but were replaced with a rounder more natural pad. Stitched in for easy removing if desired.
Neck line lowered into a plunge style, with subtle netting added to ensure neckline didn't separate or pull apart.
My mom wrapped a thread around the two straps in the back just to make sure the X was sitting in my mid back instead of gravitating up, but that can easily be cut, removed, or adjusted.
