The Dress
This dress is as close as you can get to brand new as I only wore it for two hours on the big day, during the ceremony and for the photos afterwards. (I wore a red Chinese dress for all other parts of the day.)
Put simply, I felt like a true bride when I was wearing this dress. I felt proud of it. It was comfortable and snug, and I wish I could have worn it more!
The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in almost perfect condition.
It has two separate unique looks: 1) the mermaid dress alone has detachable sleeves and a loop added to the end of the skirt so it can be hung to the back of the dress when walking around. 2) a full detachable overskirt/train which can be clipped on top of the mermaid dress - impactful when walking down the aisle.
The dress comes in three pieces: mermaid bridal dress, detachable overskirt/train and an underskirt.
Alterations
Position of detachable sleeves was adjusted, and a lace loop hole was added to the train so it could be hung from the dress when walking around.
