The Dress

A beautiful Rosa Clara dress with superb beaded floral back and waist detailing.

Classy, classic and elegant- this dress is spectacular and a show stopper. The front is classic with a floral beaded belt, and the fabric is understated but as soon as you turn around- wow!

The back is open and adorned in hand made beaded flowers which lead all the way up to the top of the shoulders.

This dress was hand made in Spain- Rosa Clara dresses are made there- and I received it in January 2022. I purchased from Always and Forever Bridal Boutique on Collins Street.

I had some alterations made to it, it’s been tightened around the waist to fit better. I’m normally a size 10 but got the dress in size 12 as it’s fitted and my hips are wider in comparison to a smaller waist. The waist was made smaller, the height shortened to fit my 5ft 7 frame, and the shoulders lifted also.

The dress has been dry cleaned and there’s no marks on it- there were no stains- I avoided red wine the whole evening! Thankfully the weather was sunny and dry also so the dress stayed in great condition.

There’s a great long train on the dress which definitely makes a statement! I also got a hook placed at the back so when you’re dancing later on, you can hook it up and not have people tread all over it.

I have a pearl veil also which was longer than the dress if you wanted to also take a look at that!
