The Dress

I love this dress and had planned to save it for my future daughters! After the wedding, I had it dry-cleaned and boxed, and it has lived in a dry garage ever since. After we got married, we had two boys, and I let go of the dream of passing down this dress, so I wanted to sell it so someone else could enjoy it! It is so gorgeous - for me, it was big enough to feel very special but not overwhelming to wear all day/night. The small train is easy to bustle after the ceremony. It's strapless with a total corset back. That means it takes a second to get on, but it is VERY slimming for plus-sized ladies like myself. It also means it is very forgiving and will still fit up and down a few pounds (I did manage to lose a little weight after my fitting, and it still looked and fit amazingly). The fabric is soft, not scratchy, and the beading and lace have just enough sparkle without feeling overdone. The stapless neck is perfect for a signature necklace. Open to all offers.

I've calculated shipping, and it is about $100 via UPS in the US since the dress weighs about 15 pounds in the box. I am located in CA (so if you are close by, it might be less), or I am open to local pickup in the Bay Area.
