The Dress

This Rosa Clara Couture jumpsuit was a dream to wear! I felt awesome in it, with it's pockets, it's incredible ivory crepe, the delicate and slightly sparkly beaded detail which is both pretty but also fresh and modern, the perfect pearl buttons and the cross-back. And the surprise trousers which you don't see at first.

I bought it at the The White Collection in Portishead and it was made over winter 2021/22 in Barcelona. I am a true size 8 even though this label is a 10, and I had a bra sewn into the dress by the alterations company (Abigail Westrup Bridal, who were amazing). I am 5ft 6 so it was shortened at the hem. The offcuts are still in the box to make other things (e.g. a headband) with.

It has been professionally dry-cleaned (the receipt is in the box) at Saville's in Guildford, Surrey.

The only tiny tiny mark is one I made with the slightest smudge of lipstick above the right hip but it's barely noticeable.

Comes with the dress bag, Rosa Clara original tags, Rosa Clara hanger, and keepsake wedding dress box with acid-free paper.

This jumpsuit needs to be loved again!

Alterations

Hem shortening, and taken in around the side of ribs (which can be let up) so that it fitted snugly.
