The Dress
A dreamy champagne and ivory toned lacy, floral dress that matched our summery, outdoor wedding. Made of lace over tulle. The low back illusion is truly stunning and begs for a necklace with a back drop. The dress fit snuggly and has plastic, clear boning running from beneath the armpits to the waistline as well as beneath the bust to the bellybutton. I felt secure, supported and curvy without additional shapewear. Cups have added padding to give increased lift and form. The lace has subtle clear sequins for a touch of added shimmer.
Alterations
Added four hook and eyes behind buttons on lower back for added security. The line of buttons that originally ran the length of the back of the dress were removed. A three point bussel using hooks and eyes was added to both the champagne sheathing and the lace top layer. The bussel is very easy to use. I am 5' 6" and had the dress shortened to graze the floor as I wore flat sandals. Please make me an offer!
