The Dress

I LOVED my wedding dress and never felt more beautiful than when I wore it on my wedding day! My hope is to share this feeling and pass this dress on to the next bride!

The dress was initially a size 14 but was too big and very long as I am 5 ft 2 in. I did have alterations to size the dress down to my street size which is a 10 but I do have more curvy hips. Kept the long beautiful train because it’s GORGEOUS! The dress is originally sleeveless with a sweetheart neckline. I had my seamstress take the extra fabric from alterations to make detachable sleeves for an off the shoulder look. This will come with the dress and up to you if you want to use! Just a little bonus!

For reference the dress has been dry cleaned and is ready to ship. The reason I put “minor flaw” is because I had a certain bustle that tore when a guest stepped on the bustle. It is tulle under the dress so not a serious flaw.

Alterations

The off the shoulder sleeves are detachable and not original to the dress. Sleeves were made with extra fabric from the dress during alterations. Dress was taken in few inches as the dress size was too big, the fabric was removed from bottom of the dress due to it being very long and me being short. For reference, I was able to wear 3 inch heels and later switch into sparkly sneakers ( I am 5ft 2in). I did not step or trip on the dress with either shoe height.
