About the Dress

The ROSA gown is an effortless piece that gently falls over the natural curves of the body. This gown features side waist cut-outs to add a modern element to this otherwise, timeless wedding gown. The bell sleeves, bodice overlay, and waistband of the skirt are adorned with delicate handmade flowers and a hand-beaded design. This gown is entirely hand beaded and hand embroidered using the ancient art of Tambour. The bodice is attached to the centre front of the A-line skirt. The gown is fastened by a row of Silk-covered buttons. FABRICATION Shell: 100% Silk Georgette Lining: Poly Silk l ordered this dress through Stillwhite, but I decided on another dress to wear for my wedding. So, I have only ever tried it on! I am shorter than the original buyer and I have athletic/muscular legs so I was concerned about how the dress would fit. But it felt comfortable and I felt like I’d be able to dance comfortably with it. There were no other problems other than I found another dress more fitting to my style. :) Notes from the original seller: “I am 178cm tall and wore heels - if you are on the shorter side you would probably need to alter the dress. It was a super comfortable dress on the day, not too tight and allowed me to feel relaxed and comfy all the way through to the end of the night. Despite the train trailing the ground it all came nice and clean as I got it dry cleaned very shortly after the wedding.”
