The Dress

This Stella York gown comes with a fitted and fully boned bodice with an internal waist stay strap for added support - as the dress is quite heavy. The skirt is a heavy-weighted blush pink coloured (semi-sheen) organza or satin. Full in-sewn lining (white) to the skirt. Full overlay of Matte French Ivory Lace. The colour photos fail to bring out the colour in the dress. It is a very pastel flush of pink colour that comes through the ivory lace overlay.

It is a full length dress with a longer lace train back that is adjustable. Once you have had the 'lace train moment' with the dress, you can adjust it using the two ties that are attached to the inside of skirt - and the train will seamlessly match the dresses floor length.

Dress closures include a zip at the base of the keyhole back; and two French buttons at the top of the keyhole back. The dress also comes with an ivory coloured full-waist belt ribbon that ties at the back.

Alterations

This dress was a larger size 8 (more accurately between 8-10) so slight adjustments made at the shoulder seams and bodice side seams to perfect the fit.
