The Dress

Brand new Magnolia gown by Alena Leena, never worn.

A classic princess style dress with a few modern touches.

The gown is made with Mikado satin, has a strapless sweetheart neckline on the fitted corset with cups. The elegant high waisted skirt has hidden pockets in the side seams and a removable belt.

I purchased this dress for my wedding in 2020 which unfortunately was postponed three times due to covid. We ended up having a small low-key ceremony at a registry office and unfortunately this beautiful dress just wasn't suitable for that particular occasion.

It really is just such a lovely, classic gown. Minimal, modern and timeless and the most beautifully flattering dress. Hangs beautifully and has a slight train (I believe the bride pictured in the dress had hers customised to make the train longer).

The back of the dress dips down into a delicate v shape with a discreet zip.

I’ve only tried on this gown once and I’ve recently had two children so unfortunately it’s a wee bit small for me to model for photos. The photos of it being worn are by either models or another bride showing what a beauty this gown really is.

Cup size is B/C and i am a size 8-10.

This dress has not been altered yet and there is a LOT of extra length to play around with (I’m 5’2 and it looks like there is about 10 inches of extra material at the bottom of the skirt), so there is space for someone taller than me to allow for height adjustments with heels etc.

The asking price has been heavily reduced from the retail price, so this is currently the lowest I would accept as it is a brand new dress in immaculate condition.
