A svelte, embroidered tulle mermaid dress with a fishtail skirt and exquisite tattoo back and sleeves embedded with flowers and tiny crystals.

There are wedding dresses that seem drawn on the skin, as in the case of this spectacular design featuring a tattoo effect that blends the skin with crystal tulle and embroidered thread flowers that bloom all over the body. A wedding dress that combines the sensuality and provocation of the illusions with the delicacy of the chiffon.

The dress is stunning on, incredibly unique and elegant with a dramatic train of nearly 3m. I wore it for about 5 hours before changing into a different dress for the reception after dinner. The dress has long sleeves with dainty buttons on the sleeve and a beautiful back with buttons as well. The floral lace embroidery has tiny beading so it glimmers when you move and the flowers look like they are blooming all over the dress. The underlay that covers your bust in the front is removable so if you desired to not wear that and have something else made you can, I have seen other brides do that with this dress.

There are two slight discolouration stains on the train that could potentially be taken out by a dry cleaner. The dress has been dry cleaned once, another go might do the trick. Or perhaps cutting the train down a bit or even putting another lace appliqué over it. There are two tiny snags in the train as well that could easily be mended, they are barely noticeable. Happy to provide more pictures just ask. There are a few loose threads, which happen with beaded lace that need tightening but other than that the dress is in very good condition!

Alterations

I have included a picture of when the dress was being altered. You can see I had the dress altered all over. The measurements I provided above are my exact measurements from the wedding day. This dress fits like a glove, it is figure hugging. I am quite busty and this brand runs small so I ordered two sizes up and I also lost about 15 lbs from the day I tried it on to my wedding day. The dress is a U.K 12/ EU 42. I am usually a UK8/US 4 and was that Size on my wedding day. We did alterations on the sleeves to make them shorter, the hem as it was very long and I am 5'3/1.61cm flat foot and wore 3 inch heels. We also took in the waist and down the hips and a bit in the back and bust. Shipping will be $100-200 international
