The Dress

This is a custom Hera Couture ballgown with the Le Belle off-the-shoulder bodice and a Francois box pleat skirt with a split.
The result is a more modest version of the original Le Belle dress. It will allow your shoes or even leg to poke through if you please, but it does not automatically show your thigh as you walk (as in the model shots).
This unique gown was truly the dress of my dreams. I loved the chic drop shoulder and figure-hugging bodice, but was concerned about the split in the original skirt I tried on in the bridal boutique. The addition of the Francois box pleat skirt meant my blue shoes could peek through but I wasn't worried about any wardrobe malfunctions.
The quality of the dress itself is just immaculate. It was easy to wipe any dirt through the evening off the beautiful silk drill satin, and it had deep, hidden pockets, which meant I could have my phone on me to capture special moments without impacting the line of the dress.
The skirt looked almost as good bustled as down, and I was able to comfortably dance the whole night long.
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned by a wedding gown specialist, with no damage.
