This dress also features custom flutter sleeves with hand-sewn beading that add a unique and bohemian touch to the design. (If you prefer a sleeveless dress, they can by easily removed by a seamstress.) Whether you're planning a rustic outdoor wedding or a chic city celebration, this dress is the perfect choice for a beautiful and elegant look. I am 5’3” and wore appropriately 2” heels. Alterations
