The Dress

This is a beautiful hand made Suzanne Neville Amerie dress worn once on my wedding day in summer 2022. The dress was bought from Sarah Elizabeth Bridal Boutique in Cheltenham. I was measured for the dress before I became pregnant in 2021 and fortunately I didn't need any alternations for my wedding day when I was 7 weeks postpartum. Before pregnancy my breast size was a 32E but on my wedding day my breast size was a 34 HH. The corset (which is hidden within the dress) allows you to loosen or tighten depending on your breast size. I normally wear size 14-16 tops because of my breast size.

The dress has been professionally cleaned by the experts at Terrington Burchett. There are marks at the bottom of the dress from the dance floor but I am 5 ft 10 and so the bottom could be removed easily for someone shorter (please see photos attached which show exactly what it looks like). The dress is currently in a beautiful preservation box from Terrington Burchett.

The dress is extremely comfortable as the corset can be tightened to exactly your measurements (and stays in place without being too tight and you don't need to wear a bra). There are gorgeous silk buttons down the back of the dress with a v-shaped back. I have a curvature to my spine (scoliosis) and my shoulder blades are uneven but this dress hid everything I wanted it to and made me feel perfect.

I am selling this dress at a lower price than others because of the marks at the bottom of the dress but the rest of the dress is in perfect condition. I felt so beautiful in it and I hope someone else will too.
