The Dress

Beautiful Madison James dress, brand new with labels. I was planning to wear it this year, but my partner and I decided to postpone our wedding. It has the wow factor while remaining timelessly elegant which looks and feel incredible, especially paired with a veil.

It's lovingly tucked away on a beautiful wooden hanger in a luxury dust cover bag. I picked it up from Debbie Rees Bridal in Wokingham last week so it hasn't been in storage very long.

I'm a size 8 on top, and an 8/10 on the bottom but the US size 4 (the equivalent of UK size 8) was perfect- few adjustments would have been needed on the bottom, and the top part would have needed to be taken in as I have a 32B chest. There's plenty of room for larger chests, perhaps up to a D.

The warm lighting in the bridal shop gives the dress a slight yellow-tint. In natural light (the photos I've included on Madison James' website), it looks whiter, with the nude sheath underneath beautifully contrasting the detail.
