The Dress

Beautiful mermaid / fit&flare dress with off-the-shoulder laced "sleeve" and beaded strap to hold the dress in place.
The lace is unique to the dress - the pattern at the hips highlights the curve of the hips to give an elegant silhouette to the bride. The reflective sequins are embroidered nicely throughout the dress for the 'bling' during the banquet.
The train is very pretty. The train can be hung (using the discreet string in the underskirt and lace layer) onto the button for easier walking and dancing. Hung or not, the dress is very easy to sit down and walk in.
The dress comes with 2 detachable tulle wings that can be snap-fastened easily to the dress - an ideal alternative to having the veil!
The dress is constructed in 3 layers (ivory underskirt, polka dot lace middle layer underneath top laced layer); a zip on the back, and decorative button details on display.

The dress was dry-cleaned by Blanc (an Eco-friendly and non-toxic dry-cleaner) in London. Dress remains in excellent condition after cleaning.

Alterations

I slimmed down between measures - even though the dress was bought in size 40 ES size, it was altered to fit my body (especially on the waist) - the body measurement would be a more accurate guide for anyone interested. Alterations were done by tailors at Rosa Clara's London Atelier.
Height to fit a 168-169cm person (163cm + 2/3 inch heels)
