The Dress

Very good pre-owned condition

Does not have a train

Asymmetrical look

Decorated with embroidery/embellishments in a floral theme

Boning in the bodice

Bra cups present, can be easily removed if desired

Ruching around the waist creates a slimming effect

Zipper plus hook closure in back

Layers: A thin layer of netting over a polyester layer, then a layer of crinoline to support the skirt, then a slip.

The hem of the slip shows wear (stray threads, stitching shows age), but no tears. It is under the dress and out of sight.

This is a typical heavy wedding dress, so not ideal for an outdoor wedding in the heat! Indoors, or in a cooler climate, (like 70's) it will be comfortable to wear.

Waist: 34

Hips: 43

Length: 51 inches (I'm 5 foot 4, not wearing shoes in the pic). My measurements are 36C-34-42, and it fit me a little big in the bodice, tight in the waist (like REALLY tight), fine in the hips. A 34 waist is going to be a tight fit....when my husband zipped it to the waist, I had to really hold my breath so it would zip the rest of the way. And, it's too tight in the back. For a 32-33 waist, it would fit much better.

Will need light ironing or steaming to remove wrinkles. Needs a litte smoothing of the layers in the back.

This was not my dress, so I'm not certain whether it has been altered (I'm just modelling it)

Excellent price point if your budget is less than $500; leaves you room for alterations.
