The Dress

This dress was unfortunately too small for me in the waist, so I wore a different dress at my wedding. It is a stunning dress and needs to shine in an event! May need spot cleaning from me trying it on, but nothing major (no stains or marks). Comes from a dog home, no cats. No rips or tears that I am aware of. I did alter the backing of the corset, I pulled it out more to allow for more room in waist. Button on corset backing can be placed elsewhere to fit accordingly. No bustle added, but I’m sure a seamstress can do it easily. Sizes of dress and myself are below. If you have any questions please reach out. Always better to size up, lesson learned. Dress size: 8
Street size: 6
Bust: 36”
Waist: 28”
Hips: 38.5”

My Size:
Bust: 34D (38” around largest part)
Waist: 30”
Hips: 38.5”
Height: 5’2”

Measurements with tape-measure: Seam to seam across dress, best estimates:
Waist: 13” when train is buttoned. 14” when it’s not.
Hips: 16”
Bust: 17 1/2” at its widest
Height of dress from mid-bust to hem: 54”, maybe about 56” from top of sweetheart to hem.

Alterations

Corset backing was moved out more and button out for a wider setting, but button can be removed and placed elsewhere.
