The Dress

I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress. With the lace/beaded top and tulle bottom, it was the perfect mix of ornate and simple. I bought this dress in February of 2023 and my wedding was April 1, 2023. Because of the time frame I bought the dress directly from the showroom floor. It’s a size 8, and I’m typically size 4 (32B bra size). I paid $320 for alterations. I only shortened the straps slightly and hemmed the front of the dress where my feet were. The front was hemmed for 5’5” height and 3.5” heels, but I ended up walking barefoot and it was just fine. No other alterations were done. I wore this dress for the ceremony ONLY, so less than 2 hours. The underside got dirty from dragging on the floor. There are slight dirt marks on the train from people accidentally stepping on it. There are a couple of beads on the straps that got look loose, but are still attached. And I have extra beads from when the straps were shortened. I can send any additional photos. Reduced price to cover the costs to get it cleaned.
