The Dress

The Blair gown from Rime Arodaky is so stunning and was the perfect dress for our big day. I purchased it directly from Rime Arodaky in Paris, which I love so much. It's elegant and unique while being very comfortable to wear the entire day. The dress made me feel so beautiful and is perfect for someone who likes a tighter fit. It's very flattering around the waist and hips and I loved the front slit on the skirt. I wore it in the Keys in 90-degree weather and was comfortable, it is so breathable. It moved so well throughout the night without any pinching or scraping on my skin.

It's a modern, high-waisted dress in embroidered tulle lined with skin color tulle. The front of the dress rises to the collarbone and dips to the small of your back with three delicate buttons. A slit up the front of the crepe skirt creates drama and gorgeous movement when the air picks it up. The dress instantly evokes a glamorous and unique style that will definitely make you stand out. The hand-embroidered flowers are sturdy yet ornate and are sewn onto the sleeve, bust, and top of the skirt. The open back adds an element of surprise to the dress which is an absolute dream. I would be honored to share it with another beautiful bride.

This dress has been altered from a size 10 to the current measurements. There is not much room to take it out, but could definitely be taken in. I have included photos of the hem at the bottom where there is some mild staining. I did not alter the length. I am 5'7 and wore flats with the dress. You can see the length was too long in the photos, I do wish I had taken up the hem. The very mild staining from the ground could be removed by taking the hem up as little as 1/4 inch.

I also added English Tulle (extremely soft and silky) to the slit for a romantic effect. This can be easily removed. My alterations specialist added it in a way that it can be taken out with 3 stitches. If you would not like the tulle I can remove it prior to sending.

There is no other damage to the dress to note.
