The Dress

Note: THIS IS A STRAPLESS/SLEEVELESS DRESS WITH A LACE BOLERO FOR A SLEEVED LOOK. The bolero is included in the sale - I can't recall the bolero's original designer but you can see from the high res images that it matches the lace of the dress very well. The bolero is not attached to the dress in any way and can be easily removed. The gown neckline is sweetheart and the back is a mid-back design. In the photo of the back of the dress, the bolero is not buttoned all the way.

Priced to sell because i moved into a smaller house and I have nowhere to put it.

Lace fit and flare dress that was lovely and felt luxurious. The lace really is amazing. This dress is soft, which was one of my main concerns as I didn't want any sequins or beading chafing my skin. One of its best features is the line of decorative buttons that go all the way down the train to the end (see hi-res image of the back of the dress). I adored this dress and I hope you will too. It made for stunning pictures.

The only defects known to me are a repair needed to the bottom side hem of the gown. A rowdy guest stepped on my dress while dancing. The dress was professionally cleaned and preserved immediately after the wedding and has been in the preservation box since. I opened it today (5/4/23) for the first time to check the gown over. I wore plastic gloves to prevent any yellowing of the lace.

Alterations

Let out at bust and hips, brought in at waist. It may have also been shortened slightly, I can't recall. Bustle added, not sure of the style. It had a bunch of color coded ties which (let's be real), I did not tie myself.
