The Dress

Welcome to my listing for my Sottero & Midgeley dress.

Beautiful dress and very flattering!!

Organza material in a diamond white colour.

Was my happy medium between a fishtail gown and a princess style gown as I loved the detail and the style of the skirt without it being too much. The dress is a size 16 but was altered down to a 14. Has a lace up back so can be tighten or let out a bit (as I did after cake at the wedding). Bussle added to the back to keep the train up while you dance the night away.

The skirt was also altered but instead of cutting it to shorten it was sewn and 'pinned' under the layers. This can easily be taken down or repositioned and resewn for your height.

The original dress had 2 embellishments on the front which I had removed (you cannot tell).
I still have the embellishments and they can be easily reattached or used for a belt, headpiece, clutch or anything really.
The embellishment at the back remains.

I also have a matching veil in diamond white as well for sale.
The belt is not for sale (as I would like my daughter to wear it someday) but can provide you with the name of the designer for the belt.

Has been professionally drycleaned within days of the wedding and stored since. Some very small, very faint marks on the underlay but can not see them.

Original cost was $3,300, plus $500 in alterations.
