The Dress

This dress is all romance; the off-the-shoulder sleeves, lace, and sweetheart neckline made me feel sophisticated, romantic, and tastefully showed off my curves. Additionally, this dress is unique due to having a sweetheart neckline while being backless (which is uncommon, as dresses often are unable to provide enough structural support to do both- pictures 1 and 7 show off the dress being backless).

In addition to having lace, this dress has some tasteful sparkles that are largely unnoticeable during the day, however they will give you some extra shine / glow at nighttime. I loved this feature because it allowed for my look to keep evolving and changing through the night with the same dress (see last picture).

There is one minor flaw I want to note, which is that the clasp at the top of the dress broke; these cost less than $10 and can easily be replaced by a seamstress (or yourself if you know how to sew).

Alterations

Removable sleeves were added to provide additional options for overall look; recommend wearing the off-shoulder sleeves for a more romantic look, and then removing sleeves for the reception for easier dancing
