The Dress

Galia Lahav MAGIA ~ This dress was the 2nd dress I tried on and I immediately knew that it was perfect for me. The base color of the tulle is nude and it has white embroidered appliques all over, placed delicately and strategically to enhance the complete look. The dress is gorgeous in pictures and is even more beautiful in person. I felt magical in this dress and received so many compliments, I have never worn anything so stunning.

It has the perfect mix of romantic (tulle), intricate details (embroidery) and the fit and flare shape is so flattering that it is kind of sexy but still very elegant and timeless. It has flexible embroidered straps that you can wear 'regular' or let it hang on the sides, so you kind of have 2 in one looks.
The sides on the hips are semi-sheer (sexy but classy), but you can choose to add some appliques there for more coverage (I have some extra appliques). I wore a high slit hanky panky which you couldn't see my underwear.

The dress feels very lightweight and has a built-in bodysuit with corset that really sucks everything in without being uncomfortable and makes everything just look perfect. The craftsmanship is definitely amazing and lives up to the Galia Lahav brand name as a couture dress.

The dress was almost perfect when I had my first fitting, so I only had to hem it to my length, 5.2". I wore it with my 4" wedding shoes.
The dress is in almost-new condition, since I only wore it for a few hours. The tulle has a 1/2" hole in 2 places, somewhere on the bottom, I think when the train was bustled it got pulled during dancing.
I do have extra appliques so that can easily be covered.
