The Dress

This stunning, gently used A-line Galina Signature size 26W wedding dress in the color ivory-cashmere is the absolute dream wedding dress. With the sheer long sleeves, sparkling sequin lace appliques, intricate embroidered detailing and beading, vintage-style bejeweled buttons down the back, lined bodice, and the pink-tinted underskirt, this dress is an absolute show stopper!

This plus-size wedding dress has an A-line silhouette, which boasts a figure flattering fit up top followed by a built in crystal-beaded belt that sits just above the bottom half of the dress which flows out for an extremely flattering fit.

This dress made me feel like an absolute princess and when you walk in this dress, the train is perfect as it is not too long. This dress is not too heavy and was extremely comfortable on my wedding day. The neckline is also perfect for wearing a normal bra without exposing bra straps.

I bought and wore this dress in December of 2022 from David's bridal for $1499. I also purchased dry cleaning and preservation through David's Bridal which means this dress has been professionally dry cleaned, steamed, folded, and boxed by hand in a sealed wedding dress preservation box (I have certificate of cleaning services).

Alterations

Added gussets to under the arms to allow for movement, added a bustle, shortened the torso by 1-2 inches to accentuate chest and sit closer to the natural waistline.
