The Dress

It is a 3 layer tulle overskirt with matte satin waist band - perfect for transforming one dress into 2. Daughter wanted to wear overskirt over A Line dress for ceremony and take off for reception. She changed her mind and did not wear it. I believe that the overskirt is a one size as the waist is adjustable/tie optional. New in packaging - Never opened.
