The Dress

This A-line gown has a sheer bodice, lace detailing and long train. I felt like a princess when trying it on! The retail price was $3,800 but I bought it off the rack for $2,600 before deciding to have a smaller wedding than initially planned. I thought a ball gown with a full skirt wasn’t suitable for our small wedding but I hope someone gets to wear this down the aisle as it really is beautiful, especially with its stunning train!

Because I bought it off the rack it has a few minor imperfections pictured in photo number 4. The price has been set accordingly. The dress has otherwise never been worn.

My seamstress assured me before I bought it that those could be easily fixed. She also assured me she could size it down to an AUS 10 which was my intention. Since I didn’t end up wearing it, it is unaltered. I am in the first picture but am holding the dress so you can see what it would look like fitted.

I also bought a veil for $350 pictured in photo 3. I can provide this to you for no extra cost if you want it. Its length is 4 metres.

Because I didn’t end up wearing the dress I don’t have many photos of me wearing it but I can send you more if you want.

This dress also came with off the shoulder lace sleeves which are optional and clip on/off.
