The Dress

Please Note: unlike the Rara Avis brand promo photo my dress has the white underlayer/lining (not nude colour) and the top embellishments are white and silver (not bronze/gold).

Stunning and Unique Rara Avis Dess, the mesh top is patterned with white and silver beads and the hanging lace has small pearl type additions and a pom pop trim. A really special dress full of character but not in a way that would overwhelm the bride herself!
I felt it really reflected my personality whilst still being a traditional wedding dress!
The dress has a hidden corset back with a zip and button close, a small popper holds the mesh together at the back of the neck.
There was one slight alteration made to the lining around the thighs, the outer dress has not been altered at all, it was a little long on me but as it was purchased very late on I decided against any additional alterations. I am 5ft6".

Alterations

The only alteration was a addition of some satin fabric to the lining layer around the thighs as this was too tight for me to comfortably sit, the outer layer of dress has not been altered at all.
