Beautiful Pronovias Orquidea gown in pristine condition. Has been professionally dry cleaned.
This is a gorgeous, modern and (best of all) comfortable gown! The silk crepe fabric has a bit of stretch to it, which makes it all the better for enjoying your big day. It is lightweight and simple without any cumbersome features like heavy tulle or sequins. The sheer back with lace overlay is stunning (and breathable!), and the skirt has an elegant moderate-length train which flares out beautifully and makes for a fun twirl while dancing! I absolutely loved wearing this dress on my wedding day, and I would love for it to live a second life making another bride happy.
Alterations
This long-sleeve design was altered into short sleeve for a summer wedding. The lace from the wrist area of the long sleeves was added to the short sleeves and neckline, and the buttons salvaged to the back for a more dramatic look. An elegant single-button American bustle was also added.
