The Dress

This dress was so lovely and photographed beautifully!! It has a lightweight white lining underneath, with a tulle lining on top and lace detailing hand sewn into the tulle. It is fitted through the waist and hips, and flares out around the knee for a trumpet style silhouette. The dress was only worn for the ceremony and pictures, for a few hours, and has been dry cleaned since - it is in perfect condition. The dress has a short train, about 3 feet long I would say, and then it bustles really beautifully if you want to wear it dancing or take it up in the back.

I only had the waist taken in slightly, but the cups, shoulders and hemline were never altered. I am 5’2” without heels, and the shoulders are slightly loose on me, so there is give if you are taller, and the bottom has a good 6” that you can leave, or take in if needed. I had high heels, so that worked fine for me. I am a 32B cup size, but the cups are replaceable. The current cups would fit easily from a 32B - 36C cup, and smaller if you wanted to take them in. This dress was SO comfortable to wear - and I’m excited to pass it along to someone who loves it just as much!

Alterations

The dress has no hemming, and minimal alterations around the waist. I am a size 24.5 waist, and I would say this is a true 23-25 waist fit.
