The Dress

MADE WITH LOVE: ‘TILLY’ style dress made with ‘NOAH’ lace.

I liked the style of the ‘Tilly’ dress but the lace of the ‘Noah’ dress so I had Made with Love customise my dress based on what I wanted.

- It is a full length dress (you can just see your toes) with a small train which was a fantastic length on the day - not annoying at all!

- The lace/beading itself is so beautiful, you sparkle all day/night long!

- It has a gorgeous low back which looks stunning in photos!

- One zipper at the back which allows you to easily put on and take off the dress.

- The straps are comfortable and don’t dig into your shoulders.

- It is a fitted/straight dress that allows you to walk and dance comfortably throughout the night. It is a tight and fitted on me until just under my hips where is gives you some room to move.

- I got alterations done as Made with Love don’t custom make the dress to your size, they measure you and put it against a size guide/chart, hence why I got it pulled in for a more stable and fitted feel/look. (See below for more information on alterations).

This dress made me feel like a sparkling bride on my wedding day!! It is a subtle yet statement dress that isn’t over the top. I am someone who has a small waist but a bigger bottom/hips so if this is you, the dress is absolutely perfect! Regardless, if you love it, alterations can be done to suit your body shape.

Alterations

Pulled in around the waist and the hips a few centimetres for a tighter, more fitted look.

Replaced the original straps with something a little thicker that doesn’t dig into your shoulders.

A bra sewn in for more of a fitted feel and look around the bust (bra is a size 12C). It can be taken out if you don’t need it.

Added boning under bust for shape and stability.
