-addition of cuffed, gathered shoulder sleeves & removal of the ‘wings’.
-x9 bussels added (long/layered tulle train)

$500 for dry clean/repair = $4875 total.

There was some damage to the tulle train that has been repaired very well - I have been unable to find where they have needed to repair it!
