The Dress

Adelia Lune by Rue De Seine is the bohemian wedding gown you will never want to take off. Effortlessly cool, this long sleeve style is simple, sexy and timeless. Hand knotted fringe accentuates the beautiful bell sleeves and an unmistakable lace design is fitted through the body and flares out into a full skirt and train. Note that this gown comes with the cutaway slip option.

I purchased this dress in spring 2021 and wore this dress for my elopement in 2022. I loved it so much- it is so comfortable, easy to move in, and the sleeves are so fun and beautiful. I wore it with hiking boots and I am petite so please do check the measurements below.

It has been thoroughly dry cleaned and is in very good condition with a few minor signs of wear:

-Some slight discolouration and marks on the bottom of the slip, but this is hidden beneath the train.
-Slight fraying of the tassels at the bottom which happened during dry cleaning.
-Very small hole (~2mm) in the bottom of the train on the shell which can easily be stitched up.
-Loop for buttoning up the train has snapped, another easy repair.

Please note the measurements above are *my* measurements. The measurements of the dress are below as per the Rue de Seine measurements for UK 8:

Bust 85cm (unchanged)
Underbust 71cm (unchanged)
Waist 65cm (unchanged)
Fullest part of hip 94cm (unchanged)
Bicep 27.5cm (unchanged)

Some alterations have been made, see below.

Alterations

-Lightly padded B size bra cups sewn into the slip, can easily be removed

-Length of the shell adjusted at the front, measurements from waist to hem at front measures 100cm.
Shoulder to waist at front measures 38cm, so total length at front= 138cm.
No changes were made the the slip size or length. No changes were made to the train length on the
shell.

-Slip attached to sheath with a loose stitch on train, can easily removed
