The Dress

I was absolutely in love with this dress from NEWHITE. I really wanted a dress that was a bit more unique, and truly found it in the T.D.T.S. The tulle layer is sheer, so you can really see the form-fitting element underneath. It is also extremely lightweight. We got married in Croatia, and it was over 30 degrees C on the wedding day. My dress was so light that I felt totally fine - so would definitely recommend it for any summer weddings! I changed into a second dress for dancing, so there is minimal damage and I have had the dress dry cleaned and it looks great. There are a couple tiny holes in the tulle exterior piece (not noticeable unless you're really examining it), but there is one larger tear near the bottom of the dress (I can provide photos). I have asked a seamstress and they have mentioned that they could easily sew it up. The length of the dress just brushes the floor - I am 5'6" and wore about 4 inch heel. I would love to give my dress a nice home for the next bride! I bought this dress when I was living in Australia (which is why I bought it based on Australian sizing). I moved back to my hometown of Toronto and had it delivered here. So I am currently based in Toronto.

Alterations

The dress was ordered in a size 8 (AU). It was tailored in length, and around the bodice so that it sit close to my chest. The boning on the sides of the chest part was extended in order to prevent any folding. Was also taken in slightly in the waist.
