The Dress

I wore this amazing dress for my February 2023 wedding in Orange, California. I felt absolutely stunning in it and it was truly my dream dress. The fabric and shape are so flattering and I loved how the back was low (about mid-back) but still classy. The cowl neckline and thin shoulder straps felt so gorgeous, simple and timeless. Overall, I felt like this dress was so flattering and beautiful with the hourglass shape. I wore 2 inch block heels from Etsy and I am 5’8 without shoes on. Instead of a veil, I wore a silk chiffon cape/overlay that was the length of the train in the back which laid really well over the dress. This dress was dry cleaned by a professional wedding dress dry cleaner in Orange County and it comes in the original Chosen by KYHA dress bag.

I went to a professional wedding seamstress who created a custom bustle that was perfect for the dress. She created buttons/hooks so that the dress folded up under itself to make sure the fabric wouldn’t tug or look weighed down while it was bustled.

Alterations

Sizing: I purchased through a trunk show in LA so I was able to get split sizing. The bust is size 3, waist size 3, and hips size 4 (I am usually a size 4 or 6). I still had the dress altered slightly as it came a little wide in the hips. It fit perfectly in the bust area but I did need to have the straps taken in a tiny bit (my bra size is 34C).

Condition: The dress is in amazing condition with no flaws.
