My dream wedding dress made me feel like the Belle of the Ball on my wedding day! David's Bridal was the perfect place to purchase this one of a kind gown and ballgown slip. It is one of a kind because the belt was added from M&J Trimmings - a luxury fabric store with ribbons, lace, jewelry etc.. The belt was stitched with care from David's Bridal's wonderful alteration staff.
The ballgown slip under the dress created a full and dramatic silhouette. The long train set the stage for a grand entrance and exit fit for any bride on the big day!
Alterations
The beautiful, ornate belt was stitched onto the middle of the dress. The straps of the the halter were adjusted to fit my upper body. The seamstress added padding to create a fuller bust. The hem of the dress in the front was altered to make it easier to walk during the ceremony and reception.
