The Dress
The secret of this piece is that it is constructed entirely from one panel of fabric, which is expertly cut, darted and manipulated to create the final shape. ‘Tandoku’ is Japanese for ‘one on its own’, referring to this single piece of material. Gathered poet sleeves are finished with tiny narrow cuffs, and a boat neckline perfectly frames the collar bones.
Design prototype, never worn. In excellent condition. First two images are of the sample blouse made in silk chiffon, this piece is made from 100% silk organza. Fastens discreetly with hooks and eyes to left side.
Best for a UK size 10 but could be altered to fit smaller. Measurements are taken with blouse laid flat. Send a message if you're not sure.
