The Dress

New, unworn 2023 Vera Wang Mayola dress (from the new collection). I bought the dress in Beverly Hills, but we ended up calling off the wedding (a rough decision, but the right one), so it has not been worn.

The dress is mikado, wrapped in tulle, fit and flare, old Hollywood vibes, and untailored. I bought it in a size 8 and I normally wear a size 4 or 6 (usually a 4) in dresses. The photos show a tulle peplum at the hips, but this is not present in the dress I purchased, so it has a clean, fitted look (as seen in the last photo of me trying it on). I love the dress and would be so thrilled if someone were to wear it for the first time!
