The Dress

Stunning Cortana Cristal wedding dress in a creamy ivory color that was never worn (other than for 2 alteration appointments at a bridal salon). Initially purchased in 2022, then my wedding was postponed due to COVID. Ended up having a smaller more casual wedding this year and although gorgeous, the Cortana dress felt too formal for a backyard party. Still a bit sad to let this one go! I had her altered to fit my 5'2" or 5'5" in 3" heels, 120lb body. The dress is floor length and the train has been shortened to just graze the ground by a few inches. It fits like a size 2-4, but because of the classic wrap style it can fit a variety of body types and is incredibly flattering. It's also very easy to alter. It looks like when the dress was hemmed they kept some fabric in the seams so it could be slightly lengthened and easily shortened. Buttery soft silk and incredible movement - the dress is a classic and I hope someone loves it and uses it for their special day!

Alterations

The train has been shortened to 44" from the waist. The front the dress has been hemmed to 42" from the waist. The arm holes have been slightly hemmed to 15 1/4 inch openings.
